A SLICE OF PARADISE
While coming back from Bali I spotted a beautiful dark
chocolate coconut organic bar and promptly wanted to recreate it.
My version is a healthier option which you can easily
create at the comfort of your home.
These tiny little chocolaty bars acts as a perfect
handbag companions especially when you find yourself stuck somewhere and
hungry, these healthy bars do the job without sending your blood sugar levels
flying sky high.

Ingredients
Makes 24 bars
6
tbsp coconut oil
3
tbsp raw honey
1½
tsp vanilla extract
A
pinch of sea salt
5 oz
shredded coconut
7 oz
(85% cocoa solids) dark chocolate
Method
Simply combine all the above ingredients [except dark
chocolate] and spread the entire batter on a try covered with butter paper and
allow it to cool in the refrigerator for 4 -5 hours.
Once done cut it into square blocks and keep it aside
Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler and dip these
square block one by one using the help of two forks and place it on a butter paper and
finally again allow it to cool in the refrigerator for another 4-5 hours.
Garnish it with sea salt and relish!
